To obtain free access for the fourth person belonging to the same department, you must fill out the form indicating the names of three participants who have already completed the purchase.
Special fees are granted upon a declaration via e-mail (click button above), indicating the company you belong to.
The Foodomics organization reserves the right to verify the declaration and will indicate a valid coupon for purchase.

Delegate fee includes: congress bag, book of abstracts, admission to scientific sessions, 4 coffee breaks, a work lunch (15th February) and the Special Welcome Buffet (14th February)
Registration Fees
All participants must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue. In order to have the abstract included in the Conference Book, registration fee must be paid before January 20th, 2024!
On desk registrations are not allowed.
Posters SET-UP and removal
The authors are asked to remove their poster before 12.00 on Friday, February 16th, 2024. The displays are numbered in the same way as the poster abstracts in the Conference abstract book. Posters will be discarded after the deadline, they will not be kept or mailed to the authors.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified no later than December 28th, 2023 by email to foodomics@unibo.it and to amministrazione@serinarpayments.it Registration fees will be refunded except an administrative charge (15% of the Conference fee). After December 28th, 2023 no refund will be made. After cancellation you must receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please contact the Conference Secretariat again to be sure your request has been processed.
Personal Insurance
The International Conference on Foodomics is not responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during the conference. The Organizing Committee strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes. The Organizing Committee and its local co-organizers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
Privacy Legislation
In registering for The International Conference on FoodOmics, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available to parties directly related to the Conference including the venues and accommodation providers. The International Conference on FoodOmics may use these details to inform current participants of Conference updates or future conferences via email. Participants are responsible for advising The International Conference on FoodOmics secretariat if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the conference participant list or distribution list for future events.
Public notice regarding photo/video/audio recording
During the conference, photography, video, and audio recording may occur. The conference organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken at the event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the picture, video, or audio. A person attending the conference who does not wish to have their image or audio recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance to the event organizers.
